Meet Jachna Beck

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been searching for what happiness really means.

Life offered me many lessons, the kind that shake your roots and stretch your heart.

A childhood shaped by divorce. Relationships that dimmed my light. A deep sensitivity I once struggled to understand. And the loss of my beloved mother, my anchor and guide.

But even in the dark, I held on to her words:

“Believe in each new day. Be brave.”

Over time, I found grounding on the yoga mat. I discovered stillness within movement, and balance in simply being. With every breath and every step, I came closer to myself.

Two hands reaching upward with palms facing each other, arms extended, against a neutral background.
Silhouette of a person with dark hair tied up in a messy bun, wearing a high-collared shirt, standing in front of a sheer curtain with light shining through.

Through studies, therapy, travel, and years in the social sector, I began to understand the patterns and stories I carried and how to release what no longer served me.

What I’ve learned is this:

Happiness isn’t something we chase. It lives in the small moments. It blooms through gratitude. And it begins when we come home to ourselves and discover our full potential.

To me, that is the secret to living a truly fulfilling, happy life.

A woman standing on rocky terrain at the summit of Mount Rinjani, holding a sign that says 'Mount RINJANI 3726M'. She is dressed in outdoor gear with a red beanie, smiling at the camera, with mountain ranges and a partly cloudy sky in the background.
Sunset over a river with small islands covered in greenery and silhouetted trees in the background.

With Beck on Track, I offer a gentle invitation to explore your own path back to inner strength, full potential, true happiness, and lasting change.

We’ll work together using dialogue, therapeutic tools, emotional intelligence, and body-based practices like yoga, pilates and breath-work, always tuned in to what you need.

Together, we’ll soften what’s stuck, release what’s heavy, and invite space for a more grounded, joyful, and authentic you.

I’m here as your counselor and companion on this journey, trained in emotional and behavioral sciences, systemic and family therapy, and now deepening my practice through further studies in emotional intelligence and consciousness.

What I share is grounded in wisdom, experience, education, and a fierce belief in every person’s ability to grow, rise, and unlock their full potential.

Let’s begin.
